Rules of racing.
The whole mechanism in plain words: who does what, how coins are ranked, where the purse comes from and how an hour settles.

Overview
A creator launches a coin with their own wallet and commits a share of that coin's creator fees to the prize pool, which we call the purse.
Rounds run on a clock, one per hour. Coins compete on trading volume, and the top three split the purse.
the whole thing, in two sentences.

How an hour is scored
Each hour shows a countdown to its end, the wire.
Within the hour, coins are ranked by trading volume. When the countdown ends, the three coins with the most volume share that hour's purse.
volume. that's the only judge.
Art. 3
Where the purse comes from
The purse is made of creator fees that launchers chose to share. The share is locked at launch and can't be changed afterwards.
Each fee contribution is counted once, by its unique source signature, so nothing is counted twice.
counted once. not twice. not never.
Art. 4
Closing an hour
Each hour settles once. Payouts to the top three are sent onchain.
Every payout is listed on the Results page with a link to a block explorer.
